Bracebridge 150 Neighbourhood Celebration Kits

Host your own Bracebridge 150 party and bring your neighbourhood together! Celebrations must be held on private property between June to October 2025. Fill out the following form to apply for a Bracebridge 150 Neighbourhood Celebration Kit (available while supplies last). 

Celebration Kits contain:

  • 1 - Bracebridge 150 Neighbourhood Celebration Guide (best practices, rules and regulations, and game ideas)
  • 1 - $50 gift card courtesy of Steven's Your Independent Grocer
  • 50 - Bracebridge 150 branded name tags
  • 50 - Bracebridge 150 branded door hanger invitations
  • 50 - Bracebridge 150 temporary tattoos
  • 2 - Bracebridge 150 oversized colouring sheets
  • 1 - Pack of Crayola Washable Markers
  • 1 - Pack of Crayola Washable Crayons
  • 1 - Pack of Sidewalk Chalk
  • 1 - Bracebridge 150 Plinko game (only 1 available, to be returned)
  • 1 - Bracebridge 150 Banner for display at event (to be returned)

Please read and check the boxes below to agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting your application.

  1. Private Property Use Only
    • All gatherings must be held on private residential property within the Town of Bracebridge.
    • Use of Town roads, parks, sidewalks, or public spaces is not permitted under this program.

  2. Event Size and Scope
    • Events must be small-scale, informal gatherings intended for neighbours, friends, or family.

  3. Noise and Time Restrictions
    • All events must end by 9:00 pm.
    • Participants must adhere to the Town’s Noise Control By-law.
    • Use of loudspeakers or amplified music should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbours.

  4. Fire Safety
    • Any use of open flames (e.g. fire pits, barbecues) must comply with the local Burning Control By-Law.
    • Fireworks are not permitted.

  5. Participant Responsibility
    • The registrant is responsible for ensuring all attendees behave respectfully and safely.
    • The Town of Bracebridge is not liable for any injuries, damages, or by-law infractions resulting from the event.

  6. Celebration Kit Use (If applicable)
    • If a Celebration Kit is requested and approved, the registrant agrees to return the required items in good condition.
    • The Plinko game board will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, as there is only one available. If the Plinko game board is damaged, a repair or replacement fee will apply.

  7. Media and Promotion (Optional)
    • Participants may be contacted by the Town for permission to share photos or stories related to their gathering. This is optional and requires additional consent.
