2nd Annual Business Survey (2021 Year-End)

This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will be available online until March 6, 2022. 

Survey respondents will be entered into a random draw to receive one of two $50 gift cards to support a small business of their choice in the Town of Bracebridge. You may participate anonymously if you wish, however, anonymous participants are ineligible for the prize as we will be unable to contact you.
