As a response to the 2021 Business Plan Project PD-10, on November 24, 2021, Planning and Development Committee was presented Staff Report PD058-21 outlining background on regulations of STR in the Province of Ontario, results of a public survey, summary of the nature of complaints received that relate to STR in Bracebridge and options related to the regulation of STR in Bracebridge.

As a result of that report, staff were directed by Council to review comments from Councillors made during the November 24, 2021 Planning and Development Committee meeting as well as the December 1, 2021 Council meeting and report back at the next meeting of Planning and Development Committee.
