Wondering if there are volunteer boards that we can sit on to get regular info and involvement. Thanks, Sandra

There should be a forum for housing as it's in high demand and there is a near 0% vacancy rate for apartments. I expect there will be a migration of individuals/families north from the GTA as many employees realize they can work from home/recreational property due to COVID. That migration will create a higher demand for housing. What plans does Bracebridge have for building more apartments?
Another forum should be created for the new library/rink project.
A forum for the discussion of the town master plan should be created.
Additionally there should be a discussion forum for the review of the Town of Bracebridge web site. I find the current web site difficult to navigate & obtain the information I want (ie. 2 or 3 mouse clicks to read the minutes from the last council meeting).

Better grammar (What would to see...) would help.
Some simple instructions would be a bit help in working with the site.

We support the new multi-use building. We love the gazebo at Memorial Park and assume it will continue to be used for summer concerts etc. Thanks.

As a 77 year old ,active male I have been playing pickleball since it was introduced in Ontario about 6 yrs ago. In every centre I play in-Hamilton,Bracebridge,Huntsville,Pt.Carling,Bala and now Baysville there has been exponential growth resulting in wait times of up to 20min. for a court in the larger centres. I hope this new Centre is planned to provide enough space to handle the fastest growing sport of our time. As our body ages with replacements & the new generations stay more active & healthy, pickleball is the rare sport we will be able to carry into our 80s & 90s. We love that the fitness, gyms & library will be combined.
